Academic calendars and {{http://www.wm.edu/offices/registrar/calendarsandexams/examschedules, exam schedules}} are maintained by the University Registrar. Calendars are created by a faculty committee under the direction of the Provost and are subject to change in the event of major disruptions to the normal operations of W&M on the main campus in Williamsburg or the Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS) in Gloucester Point.
