Sign out a canoe or kayak and paddle the beautiful waters of Lake Matoaka! Participants must bring a photo ID and sign a waiver for each participant. Waivers for participants under 18 must be signed by a parent or custodial guardian.
Participate in some “Salsa Fun.” No chips needed ... this is dancing! Youngsters and oldsters, wild ones and bold ones, can experience cool moves and hot tunes....now that is quite an invitation. See you there!
Alma Mater Productions presents their semiannual concert series, FRIDAYS AT FIVE! Hang out with friends and family on the Sadler Terrace and hear some sweet tunes on a beautiful day (or in Lodge One on a rainy one)!

Join the African Cultural Society for a catered dinner with a faculty member to discuss this year's theme, " The Journey of the Diaspora," and how the past still affects the present. Tickets available at the door.
Explore the W&M campus by candlelight as members of the Spotswood Society share tales of “Old Campus” and the Historic Wren Yard.

Calling All Scholars! All of our Scholars Programs - That's WMSURE, Monroe, Sharpe and 1693 - are getting together on Family Weekend! Scholars and their families are invited to see what it's like to be a scholar at William & Mary.
Visit the Cohen Career Center and learn about resources and programs for your student. Two of our student Career Ambassadors on staff will discuss opportunities for your student to connect early, and begin the road to career readiness.
Learn more about study abroad opportunities! Featuring: W&M faculty, representatives from international institutions, other study abroad programs, and returning W&M students.
Celebrate the spirit of Family Weekend during this buffet-style picnic. Enjoy fan-favorite menu items such as BBQ Wings, Roasted Jalapeño Poppers, and more as you mingle with families from across the nation.
During Parent & Family Orientation, a concept was introduced that distinguished fear-based excellence from authentic excellence. This session will explore this concept at a deeper level and describe a training program intended to develop resilience.
I.T. specializes in short form, long form, and musical improv, and puts on events for the student body, for local schools, and for the public! Come join us this weekend for some free, family-friendly improv!

Tour a language house that provides an international environment for our students. Speak to current students, sample foreign cuisine, and listen to native music. The Language House Fellows are on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Enjoy an engaging outdoor event featuring the university's talented and ever-popular student a cappella ensembles. Both new and traditional music in a variety of genres is performed. Seating is limited. Blankets and chairs are welcome on the grass.
Create your own handmade, William & Mary-themed painting that you can save as a keepsake to remember good times at this year's Family Weekend. An 8x10 canvas with supplies is $5 (what a steal!). Doors open at 7:30 pm.
