The Global Research Institute presents a conversation among three distinguished women working in the field of international relations. Panelists will discuss professional and personal lessons learned in a work environment often dominated by men, and they will discuss work-life balance issues. This will be an opportunity for all students to learn about professional experiences in international relations and for undergraduate women in particular to ask questions of three women who have successfully navigated international relations careers. The discussion will be moderated by Sue Peterson, Reves Professor of Government and International Relations.

Panelists include:

Anne-Marie Slaughter, former Director of Policy Planning at the State Department, former Dean of the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University, and current CEO of New America.

Anne Coleman Honn, career Foreign Service Officer, Political-Economic Section Chief, U.S. Embassy of Moldova.

Sarah Glass, Acting Director, Center for Transformational Partnerships, Private Sector Engagement Project Lead, Transformation Task Team, U.S. Agency for International Development
