The reading will be moderated by Carrie Cooper, dean of university libraries. After the reading, time will be available for questions and discussion from kids (and kids at heart!).

About the author:

Hilary Grant Dixon describes herself as a naturally curly haired voracious reader who loves food, fashion, and funny memes. She is a photographer and author of the children’s book "Maggie Sinclair, Will You Please Fix Your Hair." The story, inspired by her real life experience, shows how a young girl uses her creativity and imagination to celebrate her lovely head of hair while sharing a lesson about self-love. Hilary writes about current events, upcoming projects, and more on her blog at www.hilarygrantdixon.com.
