[PAST EVENT] Mandatory Request for Graduation Date & Final Dissertation Title for 2018 May Commencement Program
By no later than February 15, 2018, ALL Doctoral degree candidates planning to graduate in either May or August 2018 MUST submit this form to the Office of Graduate Studies and Research to confirm the final title of their dissertation as well as their intent to graduate in either May or August 2018.
Once you filed the Request for Final Dissertation Title for Inclusion in the 2018 May Commencement Program with all the required signatures, no further changes to your dissertation title will be allowed. This is the title that is entered into Banner and this is the title that will show on your transcript, as well as in the Commencement program ? attach a copy of the title page for your dissertation.
