Join SIPS on Monday, March 21 from 12:50 pm – 1:50 pm (ET) in welcoming W&M alum, Andrew Trask. This is our first in-person event of the semester and will be held in Room 124 at the law school, and we will be providing free boxed lunches from Jersey Mike's!
Mr. Trask is a Partner at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C., where he focuses his practice on disputes involving intellectual property and technology. His practice includes district court litigation, appeals, post-grant patent challenges, and commercial arbitration. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Federal Circuit Bar Association. He is also an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University Law School, where he co-teaches the Federal Circuit Practice seminar. Andrew previously served as in-house litigation counsel at Google, overseeing patent litigation matters in the United States and abroad. Andrew clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit following law school, and prior to his legal career he worked as a pharmaceutical scientist at Pfizer. Andrew has a J.D. from Fordham Law School, a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Cambridge, and an undergraduate degree from William & Mary.
