This four-part workshop on Tuesdays 11am-12pm, creates the opportunity to connect with others who also experience anxiety; learn about anxiety and its impact; understand connections between anxious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; increase skills to manage anxiety; and create a personalized plan for addressing anxiety.
