Qualifications:
All William & Mary undergraduates with Arts and Sciences majors who will be seniors in 2015-16 are eligible to apply. Applicants must possess demonstrated research, writing, and analytical skills. Some training in statistics and/or other quantitative methods will be helpful, but is not required. Applicants must also have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Application Process:
Applicants should submit the required items (see the website, below) to the Charles Center by 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 2. A faculty committee will interview finalists and select the intern.

Solera?s portfolio companies have achieved leadership positions within the organic/natural, US Latin media, consumer healthcare, specialty branded retail, health/wellness and sustainable industries. Among other opportunities, the William and Mary intern will be involved in research, marketing and strategic projects within the portfolio companies. The intern will receive a stipend of $6,000 to cover summer expenses during the 8-week internship.

Solera Capital?s CEO, Molly Ashby ?81, is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College who majored in International Relations. She was a senior executive at J. P. Morgan Capital before founding Solera Capital in 1999.
