William & Mary Law Review presents the Volume 60 Symposium: Antitrust and the Constitutional Order. The Symposium is co-sponsored by the Institute of Bill of Rights Law and the Center for the Study of Law and Markets. Panels will cover a range of topics in antitrust, including occupational licensing and criminal antitrust. Further, speakers will discuss the constitutional implications of modern antitrust regulations and case law.

Institutional Design of Antitrust Enforcement - William Kovacic and Daniel Sokol

Anticipated moderators include William & Mary Professor Nathan B. Oman and Professor Jonathan B. Baker from American University, Washington College of
