Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Principal Support, and Student Achievement: Implications for Practice
Participants will briefly examine the construct of Principal Support (DiPaola, 2012), its meaning, its measure, and its relationship to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in schools, as well as the potential impact on student achievement. The session will provide participants the opportunity for robust dialogue about practical implications of Principal Support on learning leadership practices in schools, including emphasizing expressive supports for teachers to improve relationships.
