[PAST EVENT] Session I · Option 5: Getting in the Zone: Finding Time to Focus
Embracing and leading innovation that improves school for all learners requires time to focus and to think deeply. This session will briefly explore a model for determining the zone where we can accomplish our best work. We will use this model to reflect on the tasks that make the most of our true passions and skills and to create a guiding tool for helping us devote time to our ideal zone. Our conversation will include ample time for sharing and reflecting on substantive questions about how to harness our passion and proficiency and about our readiness to lead innovative change as we move toward deeper learning for all students.
