The Aerospace Corporation provides independent technical and scientific research, development, and advisory services to national security space (NSS) programs. They operate a federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) for the United States Air Force?s Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). They also work with civil agencies including NASA and NOAA, and commercial companies, universities, and international organizations.
