Getting Your Sleep and Energy Patterns Back on Track for Fall and Beyond

If meeting this semester's personal and professional energy demands worries you, then join the university's sleep guru for an enlightening, discussion that will lift both spirits and eyelids, as you learn how to fall asleep, stay asleep, and then awake without an alarm for a day (make that a week!) packed with the energy that your brain and body need to flourish at home, at the gym, and at work. There will be a special focus on resetting our circadian rhythms, after following a hybrid schedule for so long.
