Title of the event: The Lemon Project: Uncovering William & Mary's Past. Date and location of the event: September 6th / Sadler Terrace @1-3pm. A yellow megaphone with the AMP logo on it.

AMP Contemporary & Cultural Issues has partnered with the Lemon Project this semester to bring you all a pop-event to learn more about the work this program does. Founded because of student activism in 2009, the Lemon Project aims to educate students, faculty, and staff on the impact that African Americans have had on William & Mary through reconciliation and facilitating dialogue. It is important that the college community doesn’t forget about our history - whether it be good or bad - and that we participate in these vital conversations surrounding the issues that have plagued our past and affect our future. Come out and discover, discuss, and demand change!
