In the midst of social lock-down, we’re all feeling a little bit… closer to the lucky few with whom we share our home. In some ways, this has been good.

But just because we’re in the same space doesn’t mean we’re reacting to lock-down the same way. And it doesn’t mean we share the same preferences on how we want our spaces to look, feel, and function.

Especially when those with whom we share a roof have vastly different personality styles.

Join Erin Leigh '05, Self-Integrity Guide, certified DiSC facilitator, and President of theNeatNiche, for a thought-provoking discussion about the impact of personality styles on how we react to and navigate social distancing.

Despite the uncertainty and confusion that surrounds us all, we each have an opportunity to support our families, friends, and colleagues during this challenging time. Recognizing the reactions and needs of different personality styles creates space for grace, understanding, and acceptance - things we can all use more of during these confusing, unprecedented times.

This webinar and all other webinars will be recorded and available online to watch later.
