Professor Randolph Coleman, "The Science Behind Dementia" on Friday 9 April from 3-4 pm

This lecture for the general public provides an overview of our understanding of the many forms of dementia. With that overview in mind, we can then appreciate the impact that nutrition, exercise, and sleep have on fighting these dreaded neurological diseases. What we eat, how we exercise, and how we sleep will be related back to the science behind dementia.

The Chemistry department celebrates Professor Coleman's 50th year at W&M from 4 - 4:30 pm. We look forward to seeing current students, alumni & members of the community as we thank Professor Coleman for a lifetime of service.

Please share in your community, this event is free & open to the public.
