About 60-80% of all workplace conflicts come from strained relationships between employees and managers. Learn the skill of resolving conflict in the most amicable way, benefiting individual and team productivity. Your facilitator is Dr. Monica Wilson, the Regional Director and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at National University, where she oversees both undergraduate and graduate programs and mentors graduate students in leading organizational change. She is a frequent presenter at professional conferences worldwide and has held significant leadership roles in mental health advocacy, including as a Governor Appointee and former Chair of the California Behavioral Health Planning Council, and as Chair of the Behavioral Health Commission for San Bernardino County, where she advises on local mental health initiatives and advocates for underserved communities.
