We often think that the best manager is the one who can take care of everyone else, so, getting managers to buy into the notion that they come first can be challenging. During this class, we will discuss why it is important to put yourself first and how to do that. We must take time to unplug and recharge so that we can be the best version of ourselves. Your facilitator will be Heather Dunning, who has delivered trainings in the Health and Wellness field for 20 years.
