[PAST EVENT] FREE Yoga and Relaxation Session
30 min. of Yoga led by Campus Rec 200RYT Yoga instructor Mary Grutta, followed by 30 min. of Relaxation led by Dr. Felicia Brown-Anderson, Staff Psychologist at W&M Counseling Center. The 30 min. Yoga class will get the body moving, linking traditional postures to the breath to build internal heat and preparing the body to more fully relax. The 30 min. Relaxation will utilize techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training and guided imagery. This class will leave you feeling de-stressed and refreshed!
