Women?s Initiative in Leadership (WIL) is an organization dedicated to cultivating the next generation of female leaders.

We strive to create an environment that presents young undergraduate women with countless resources to develop leadership skills through opportunities such as training workshops, speaker series,  job shadowing, and empowerment campaigns.

We are also in the pilot phase of creating a mentoring partnership with local Girl Scout troops within the community.
