Externships and one-week JD and LLM courses end. Students should contact the Law Registrar for more information about the add/drop period for their specific course(s).

Summer session "B" classes end for OMBA, OMSBA, and Online MEd Counseling.

Degree conferral date for undergraduates, Grad A&S, VIMS, Grad Ed, Grad Business, and the LLM program. No ceremony is held.

Orientation occurs immediately prior to the fall semester to introduce all new students to the many aspects of William & Mary including student life, academic policies, and the honor code. 

ALL new/incoming Arts & Sciences graduate students are required to attend the New Student Orientation.

Add/Drop period begins. Juniors and Seniors may elect to take a course Pass/Fail or Audit.

We'll kick off the beginning of the semester by introducing faculty,staff, and students; announcing changes in geology courses; summarizing upcoming events; and introducing students to geology advising, careers, and much much more.
