To kick off Black History Month this year, The Black Law Students Association (BLSA) present our annual symposium: Social Activism and the Law! The symposium will be moderated by Professor Timothy Zick who will guide the discussion by posing questions from the following topic areas: Freedom of Assembly, Cyber Protest, Civil Liability, Social Activism, and Privacy. The program will begin at 6:00pm with a pre-event networking reception to give our attendees an opportunity to meet our presenters. Heavy hors d'oeuvres, dessert, and drinks will be provided. After which, the panel discussion will happen in the Penny Commons Lobby area. Our esteemed panel include professors, TedTalk speakers, social activists, lawyers, and many more! We hope to see you there!
