The Communal Quilt Project brings together members of our broad community (at W&M and in Williamsburg and beyond) to share their story in a series of workshops facilitated by Steve Prince of the Muscarelle Museum at William & Mary. Since July 2021, hundreds of people have come together at more than 35 workshops to share their stories in a quilt square created from fabric and glue, and in conversation with one another. Each of those stories is connected to the others, pieced together in a massive quilt that will be displayed for the first time at this street festival and celebration.

Come to learn about your neighbors, share your own story, and enjoy music and refreshments! No registration needed.
