Theatre for Humanity and Virginia Shakespeare Festival present Hamlet by William Shakespeare adapted by Marianne Savell.

A crackling 90 minute modern dress rendition of the Bard's greatest tragedy!

Hamlet has it all. He is a prince, heir to a kingdom and a fortune, and living abroad as he pleases. Then, his world stops spinning. He returns home to find his father dead, his mother re-married, and the life he knew and kingdom he loved disintegrating before him. As he struggles to make sense of this new world, will he flee? Or will he turn and fight?

This limited engagement runs July 7-9 and July 14-16 in Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall's Studio Theatre. Shows will play at 7:30pm Friday and Saturday evenings and 2pm Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students and children. Please visit the box office to purchase tickets and for more information.
