Events over the past year have brought many issues of justice, race and equity sharply into focus, both at the national level and within our own community.

These incidents spur us to explore the implications for educational settings, from K-12 classrooms to college campuses and beyond ? and discuss strategies to address inequity and injustice and make progress together.

Join the W&M School of Education for a forum with faculty members and community leaders in a panel-style discussion:

  • Jonathan Arries, William & Mary Associate Professor of Hispanic Studies
  • Jacqueline Bridgeforth-Williams, Founder of The Village
  • Jamel Donnor, William & Mary Associate Professor of Education
  • Dania Matos, William & Mary Deputy Chief Diversity Officer
  • Moderated by Natoya Haskins, W&M Assistant Professor of Counselor Education
