An Evening with Tenor Anthony Kearns

World-renowned tenor Anthony Kearns took the American television audience by storm in 1999 as the youngest member of the PBS super-group, The Irish Tenors, with whom he has 5 television specials and 10 CDs, most Gold, Platinum and Double Platinum. Now living in the U.S., Kearns' career includes television, major charity benefits, operas, and concerts with the world's best symphony orchestras, including the National Symphony Orchestra at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. He?s performed for U.S. presidents, Pope Francis I, and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs. Known for his vocal range, power, and versatility, his solo concert repertoire draws on the same music as the legendary John McCormack, and American favorite, Mario Lanza, as well as songs of his native Ireland, inspirational and patriotic songs from the American Songbook, and well-loved melodies to sing along to. He will perform with accompanist David George.
