Intro to Compound LIfts

Breaking Down Compound Lifts is a pop-up where patrons will learn or refine the three major compound lifts: squats, deadlifts, and bench press. A personal trainer will demonstrate the proper technique and give common tips for each lift. Patrons will also have the opportunity to try the lifts themselves under the supervision of a personal trainer. This class is for all levels, from beginners learning to experienced lifters wanting to improve their compound lifting technique and form. This class will take place in the McLeod Studio on the main level of the Rec Center. A FitWell membership is required. Drop-in Class Pass for participants without a membership is $5.
