Panel Discussion

The focus of this panel discussion is to give different perspectives on the stress culture at William & Mary, and how students should approach it in order to reduce unnecessary stress. There will be a moderated discussion, with a Question & Answer portion for the audience at the end. We hope to answer questions such as: What does stress mean? Is stress a negative thing? What kind of stress culture do we want to have? How can we develop better coping mechanisms?

On the panel are three experts in their respective fields: Kelly Crace, Associate Vice President for Health and Wellness; Adrian Bravo, Professor of Psychology; and Giulia Nesi Tetreau, Christian Science Lecturer.

We hope you will join us at this discussion!
