Please join SIPS in welcoming David Swetnam-Burland on Thursday, February 14, in Room 133. Mr. Swetnam-Burland is a partner at Brann & Isaacson, a Maine boutique firm with primary IP litigation experience defending retail clients in patent troll/NPE litigation. Brann & Isaacson has argued cases up to the Supreme Court on issues relating to patentable subject matter. Food will be provided!
