ScrapeAnalytica 2019 is a week-long event where participants will be working in teams of four. Each team would receive a take-home business analytics problem which should be solved using Python (web scraping). We have exciting prizes for our winners!

Sounds pretty interesting, but still thinking that you don't have programming/coding experience? Worried about getting stuck? Well, don't sweat it! Some of the best programmers in the world also run into errors. The idea behind this event is to provide you all with a hands-on coding experience on a real-world business problem so that you can learn and hone your technical skills. To help you out with this, W&M's MSBA students have been more than generous to be your "Technology Mentors". Yes, you heard it right! Each team would be assigned with one 'Technology Mentor', who would be helping you with your coding difficulties.
