James Wolpaw, an Oscar-nominated documentary filmmaker will be coming to W&M on Tuesday November 19th.  He will be screening his experimental documentary about the poet Emily Dickinson, titled “Loaded Gun:  Life and Death and Dickinson.”  The documentary played on PBS in 2002.  After the screening (the film is thirty minutes long), there will be a Q&A with Professors Kevin Smith (Film & Media Studies) and Jennifer Putzi (English Department). 
 
The screening will take place on Tuesday November 19 from 5pm-7pm in Blow Hall 334. 
 
This event is being co-sponsored by Film & Media Studies and the English Department.  It is free and open to the general public.
