[PAST EVENT] Majors Information Weeks

Majors Information Weeks is an opportunity for students to learn more about the majors and minors offered at W&M. Many academic departments and programs will offer various events and information sessions during the weeks of March 11-22 for students to learn more about their academic programs, how to find a major advisor, and how to declare a major.
This is a great opportunity for students to connect with faculty and current students who are majoring in the academic areas. Students will have an opportunity to:
- Learn more about departments/programs
- Prepare to declare their major by selecting a major advisor
- Organize their courses for the summer and fall registration process
- Receive guidance on course sequencing and course offerings in the departments
