This webinar delves into the first two stages of bystander behavior: (1) notice the event; and (2) interpret it as a problem. This is a critical conversation to have as we set out to intervene in hazing as well as drug/alcohol abuse, sexual abuse/assault, eating disorders, discrimination and other problematic behaviors on the college campus and in our lives. Until we actually see and interpret something as a problem, there is no pull for intervention.
