[PAST EVENT] LEAP Leadership Workshop - Purpose, Vision and Value

4:30pm - 5:30pm
This interactive session will provide participants an opportunity to learn about and discuss the importance of understanding one's values and purpose and the role this understanding plays in developing visionary leadership skills. Through an introduction to the concept of reflective practice, participants will begin developing strategies for becoming a more reflective leader, one consistently allowing their values, purpose, and vision to guide their leadership style and efforts.
Participation in LEAP will provide you opportunities to refine your leadership skills and to learn new skills. Participants may choose to attend any and/or all of the different leadership workshops offered through LEAP. Those attending 6 or more will receive a certificate at the conclusion of the semester. Additionally, the student organization which has the most members receiving a LEAP certificate this semester will receive a monetary prize.
