[PAST EVENT] 24 Speed Filmmaking Competition

The William & Mary Global Film Festival, in partnership with the Swem Media Center, will once again bring you the 24 Speed Filmmaking competition. Teams of W&M Students and Alumni will have 24 hours to write, shoot, and edit a short film. Each team will be given a prop and line of dialogue that must be used in their film, as well as a genre for their film. Contest kick-off ceremony is on Feb. 8 at 5:30 p.m. in the Ford Classroom at Swem Library. Contest begins on Feb. 8 at 7 p.m. and ends on Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. Screenings of the films will take place during the W&M Global Film Festival on Feb. 14 from 1-3 p.m.
