Join Swem Library for lunch on Wednesday, November 12 for a presentation on copyright. James (Jim) Heller, Professor of Law and Director of the Wolf Law Library and Paul Hellyer, Reference Librarian at the Wolf Law Library will cover: what types of work are subject to copyright, who owns the copyright in a work, copyright owners' rights, safeguarding your rights, promoting open access, and how to avoid predatory publishers. A question-and-answer session will follow. Questions may be submitted in advance with your RSVP. Join us from 11:30 am-12:45 pm in Swem?s Open Classroom (1st floor, Read & Relax).
