ACS presents Skewed Justice: Citizens United, Television Advertising, and State Supreme Court Justices' Decisions in Criminal Cases. Join us for this short documentary by Catherine Orr, which explores the very real impact of judicial elections on judicial decision making. After watching, Professor Allison Larsen will lead a discussion about the legal issues in the film, featuring Professor Rebecca Green and director Catherine Orr. Ms. Orr will also answer questions about the people she interviewed in the film and respond to questions from attendees. Baker's Crust will be served for lunch.
