[PAST EVENT] The Ister (Dir. David Barison and Daniel Ross, 2004)

In 1942, as Jews were being deported to the killing centers of Eastern Europe, Martin Heidegger delivered a seminar on Freidrich Holederlin's poem "The Ister." This poem and Heidegger's reading serve as the basis for a fascinating reflection on philosophical and philosophical-historical questions. Highly recommended for anyone interested in modern Philosophy, History, and Techno-Science.
