Mark Epley is General Counsel to Paul Ryan's Speaker of the House Office. Mr. Epley has served a number of important roles on the Hill, such as General Counsel & Oversight Staff at the Ways and Means Committee, Chief Oversight Counsel at the House Financial Services Committee and Associate Deputy General Counsel at the United States Department of Defense.
