Richmond-based attorney David Baugh will be speaking on "Lynching, Literacy Tests, & ID Cards: The Suppression of Women and Minority Voters." Thursday, October 6th at 1:00 PM, W&M School of Law, room 127. Mr. Baugh has been president of the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Richmond Criminal Bar Association, and is a former ACLU of Virginia board member. This talk is free and open to the public.
