Did you miss December?s workshop on data planning services available via W&M Libraries? Hargis Library is pleased to offer a second installment on February 2nd! This workshop will cover data management planning and the long term preservation supported by W&M Publish, William & Mary?s new digital repository for scholarly works. Proper data management can increase efficiency, maximize resources, ensure data integrity and long term preservation, and help amplify your research impact. Most major science funders now request grant proposals directly address data management, specifically, your plans for archiving and providing public access to your data--which means as researchers, you have an added incentive to examine and strategize on your data curation practices! This workshop will offer guidance on developing data management plans via DMPTool plus information on the data services available through the Libraries and W&M Publish.
