Ian Ralby, a 2005 W&M law alum and a Ph.D candidate at the University of Cambridge, will give a presentation on "Exploring the Legal Twilight Surrounding the Transnational Operation of Private Military and Security Companies." Free and all are welcome. Sponsored by the International Law Society and the Program on Comparative Legal Studies and Post-Conflict Peacebuilding.
While at student at W&M, Ian Ralby was the Jack Cooke Kent Graduate Scholar and Notes Editor of the W&M Law Review.
While at Cambridge, he was the Gates Cambridge Scholar (in 2007 & 2008).
