The Student Partnership for Aid and International Development is a student-led research group housed within Branch Out Alternative Breaks, within the Office of Community Engagement. SPAID?s mission is to partner with local Ghanaian organizations and nonprofit organizations to elucidate community needs and design corresponding development projects. SPAID uses community-based participatory research to address self-identified community needs. With its research and projects, SPAID aims to promote ethical, sustainable, and evidence-based community development. SPAID is not for profit.
