[PAST EVENT] Book Discussion: The Nature Principle by Richard Louv

The Nature Principle, by Richard Louv, author of Last Child in the Woods, will be in bookstores this May. Swem will provide an advance-reader copy (and lunch!) and invites you to join us for a discussion in the library on April 18 at noon. How much time will this require? One hour to give the book a good skim and read one full chapter and another hour for the lunch time discussion.
Louv believes "The future will belong to the nature-smart--those individuals, families, businesses, and political leaders who develop a deeper understanding of the transformative power of the natural world, and who balance the virtual with the real. The more high-tech we become, the more nature we need."
