Common Health of Virginia - Getting Your ZZZZs?
Campus Tour
This is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire
body. This strength training workout set to music challenges all
your major muscle groups by using the best weight room
exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls.
Using all of your favorite dance moves, this class will take your
workout and level of exhilaration through the roof! No dance
experiences is needed to take this class. Just be prepared to cut
loose and have a great time!
Vinyasa flow focuses on linking traditional postures to the breath
to build internal heat. This class promotes flexibility, muscular
strength, and muscular endurance. This is a more intermediate
level than our regular Yoga class.
An aerobic exercise performed on a stationary bike with upbeat
music to keep you motivated the entire class. Come experience
the feel of our new bikes and enjoy this adrenaline pumping class!
Combining a heart pumping cardio circuit with creative core
exercises, this class is sure to satisfy your entire body. Set to
your favorite pop and hip-hop hits, you won?t see the time go by
in this confidence-boosting workout.

Join AMP and HOPE as they bring you Neil Hilborn. Neil Hilborn is a spoken poet and mental health advocate whose poem "OCD" went viral. Afterwards, there will be a panel discussion on the importance of mental health advocacy.
