Daniel Dunlavy, from Sandia National Laboratories, will present his research talk "Low-rank Tensor Decompositions for Count Data" at the CS department Colloquium on March 29.
In this hands-on workshop, STLI Faculty Fellow Paul Vierthaler will discuss a variety of mapping assignments and their value as teaching tools. Prof. Vierthaler will discuss concepts and skills students can learn by developing their own map-based stories.
