Connect, then Lead

Nobody cares. People are selfish, and want to know if you can provide them with something of value. The quicker you come to terms with that, the faster you will start making connections that allow you to influence and lead.

In this talk, Professor David Long summarizes the research on what people value in us, and offers some key insights and tips on how we should manage impressions and build relationships.
