We are excited to share that the W&M Alumni Association and W&M Advancement Office are partnering and investing in growing identity-based alumni engagement programming.


Why? Let us count the reasons.

• We have a growing number of alumni who self-define as a member of one or more of these communities.

• We want W&M to be a leader in creating inclusive communities.

• We want to amplify the voice of underrepresented alumni.

• We want to grow representation and tap the expertise of alumni from these communities in our volunteer leadership.

To achieve these goals, we are inviting alumni to share insights about how we might better engage members of our Asian/Pacific Islander, Black/African American, Latino/Latina, LGBT+ and other underrepresented communities.
