[PAST EVENT] Mock Lecture: Of Viruses and Man: The Good, the Bad, the Ugly, and the Strange!

OnlineAs the title suggests, this lecture will focus on viruses, what they are, how they function and their interactions with humans. The lecture will describe some of the good things viruses are being harnessed to do in medicine, some of the commonplace things they do to us that are not so good and some of the extremely dangerous (even deadly) things they do to us such as the COVID-19 pandemic we are presently experiencing.
