Disagreements and debates happen all the time. Sometimes, though, we find ourselves shaken or angry during a conversation when we didn't expect it. Or, we find ourselves dreading, procrastinating and avoiding a conversation we know we need to have. Mark Patterson, W&M University Ombuds, will share a method to turn difficult conversations into productive, transformational events.
